These Terms & Conditions govern your use of all Briefyy products and services. Please read them carefully before subscribing.
By registering for a free trial or paid subscription, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you are subscribing on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email. Continued use of the service after notification constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
All Briefyy products include a 7-day free trial. No payment information is required to start your trial. Your trial begins on the date your account is activated.
During your free trial you will have full access to the features of the product(s) you have selected. At the end of your trial period, your access will pause unless you choose to subscribe.
We will contact you before your trial ends to discuss subscription options. We will never charge you without your explicit agreement and provision of payment details.
We reserve the right to modify or withdraw free trial access at any time, though we will always honour trials that have already been activated.
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Current pricing is as follows:
All prices are stated exclusive of VAT. VAT will be applied at the applicable rate where required. Payment is due on the same date each month as your subscription start date.
We accept payment by bank transfer or card. Invoices will be issued monthly. If payment is not received within 14 days of the invoice date, we reserve the right to suspend access until payment is made.
We may update our pricing with 30 days' written notice. Price changes will not affect your current billing period.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at hello@briefyy.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will retain full access until that date.
We do not offer pro-rata refunds for partial months. If you cancel part-way through a billing period, your access will continue until the end of that period and no further charges will be made.
In the event that we are unable to deliver the service as described due to a fault on our part, we will offer a pro-rata credit or refund at our discretion.
Your subscription is for your business's internal use only. You may not:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these conditions without refund.
Briefyy collects and processes data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our service you consent to our data practices as described therein.
The intelligence reports and data delivered through Briefyy products are provided for your business use only. We take reasonable steps to ensure data accuracy but cannot guarantee that all data sourced from third-party public databases is complete or error-free.
We treat any business information you share with us (including hotel details, rate strategies and commercial preferences) as confidential and will not share it with third parties without your consent.
All content, design, software, data processing methodologies and brand assets associated with Briefyy remain the intellectual property of Briefyy. Nothing in these terms grants you any ownership rights over our platform or underlying technology.
The reports and intelligence data delivered to you as part of your subscription are licensed to you for your internal business use for the duration of your active subscription.
Briefyy provides intelligence and data services to support commercial decision-making. We do not guarantee specific commercial outcomes from use of our products.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability to you in connection with the service shall not exceed the total subscription fees paid by you in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages, including loss of revenue, loss of business or loss of anticipated savings.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law.
We are continuously developing Briefyy and may update, modify or discontinue features at any time. We will give reasonable notice of any material changes that affect your subscription.
If we discontinue a product you are subscribed to, we will give you at least 30 days' notice and provide a pro-rata refund for any unused portion of your billing period.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Scotland. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
